NYC New York Color Show Time Glitter Eyeliner FULL REVIEW
I like the color + shine and how easy it is to apply but it
doesn't last all day so just know that you might have to touch it up during the
day or use something else. It’s really good though so if you want something for
just a few hours, you should definitely use this. I would recommend you wear it
to parties because it has glitter that makes your eyes shiny and pop out.
